PRESS/INFLUENCERS
Media professionals and beauty industry creators are offered free access to the exhibition through media accreditation. To find out how to make a request, follow these steps!
 
Media accreditations for Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 will be available starting in December 2025 and will remain open until March 16, 2026. 
 

PRESS ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS

Journalists, photographers, videographers commissioned by recognized media outlets, as well as exhibitors’ press offices, may apply for press accreditation by following these steps:
 
1. Register on the website, selecting “Media / Press” as your Business Type
2. Log in and access your Reserved Area
3. Go to the Accreditation section
4. Complete and submit the form, uploading one of the following documents:
  • A copy (front and back) of a valid press ID with the current year’s validation sticker
  • OR a letter of assignment from the editorial office or media outlet you represent, signed by an editorial manager, editor-in-chief, or section editor
  • OR a professional business card showing your full name, job title, and media affiliation
Please note that marketing and communication agencies can access Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 by purchasing a standard admission ticket.
 
The Press Office reserves the right to contact applicants for verification of their journalistic activity within the last 12 months.

INFLUENCER ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS

In keeping with the B2B nature of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, only applications from influencers and content creators who have collaborated with beauty brands within the past 12 months will be considered.

Please note that a brand collaboration does not automatically guarantee the issue of an influencer pass. Each application will be evaluated by the Press Office according to editorial relevance and alignment with the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna brand image. Influencers and content creators can apply for influencer accreditation by following these steps:
 
1. Register on the website, selecting “Influencer” as your Business Type
2. Log in and access your Reserved Area
3. Go to the Accreditation section
4. Complete and submit the form, including links to beauty-related content created in collaboration with brands
 
At the end of the event, the Press Office may contact accredited influencers to collect and share the content produced during Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026.

IMPORTANT INFO

Accreditation is strictly personal, non-transferable, and valid for the entire duration of the trade show.  All requests will be reviewed by the Press Office, which will notify applicants of the outcome via email.

Please note that having received accreditation in previous editions of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna does not automatically guarantee or grant priority for this year’s press pass.
However, participants from past editions may be asked to provide documentation of published articles, videos, or social media content produced as part of their previous coverage, to support the evaluation process.
